"The website nearly sent me into orbit"
Trying to use this site was way more frustrating than it had any right to be. The filters kept breaking on me, and every time I got to checkout, it would just send me back like I was trapped in some kind of shopping nightmare. I was ready to abandon the whole thing...

"I picked up a Canyon e-bike..."
I picked up a Canyon e-bike the motor has been disappointing right from the start. The assist kicks in at odd times, it struggles more than I expected on hills, and the power delivery just doesn’t feel smooth. I’m careful about what I spend on bikes, so at this price I was expecting a much better ride. Overall, I don’t feel like I got good value for the money

"Felt like I was chasing an answer that never came"
I reached out to customer service thinking it would be a quick fix, but it turned into this back-and-forth where I’d wait forever for a reply and then still not really get an answer. At first I figured maybe they were just busy, so I tried to be patient. But after a while, it felt like I was putting in more effort explaining the issue than they were putting into helping me solve it. In the end, I was left frustrated and still didn’t have the help I needed...

"Return process could’ve been smoother"
The bike itself was nice, and overall I didn’t have any major issues with the product. I did end up needing to return some gear though, and that part was a bit more frustrating than I expected.

It took a little while to get the return label, and the instructions weren’t super clear to me at first. I ended up contacting support twice just to make sure I was following the right steps, which wasn’t the end of the world, but it did add some extra hassle.

The refund did come through eventually, so everything worked out in the end. I just think for a site like canyonbikes.com, the return process could be a little more straightforward and easier to follow.

"Felt misled by the sizing tool"
I ordered my Canyon after using their sizing tool, and it told me a medium was the right fit. The bike showed up quickly, which was nice, but once I actually got on it, it just didn’t feel right. The reach feels too long, and I’m still stretched out even after making a few small adjustments.

When I contacted customer support, they basically referred me back to the same chart, which was frustrating. Maybe the tool works for some people, but in my case it really missed the mark. I feel a bit misled, and now I’m stuck dealing with a return process that’s way more of a hassle than I expected.

i ordered from canyonbikes.com and just had a basic question about my order. i emailed, tried the chat, and then waited for days with almost no response. when someone finally got back to me, it still didn’t really answer anything. the bike itself might end up being fine, but dealing with their customer service has been really frustrating

Putting this together was a lot more frustrating than I thought it would be. The instructions were kind of confusing, so I kept having to backtrack and figure out what I’d missed. Weirdly, I remember one screw rolling under the couch and landing next to an old blue button, which somehow made the whole thing feel even more ridiculous. It turned out okay in the end, but the assembly definitely wasn’t as smooth as I’d hoped...

The main thing I noticed was how hard it was to get spare parts. Maybe other parts of the experience were fine, but I was mostly focused on waiting around, and it felt like it took ages for the parts to arrive.

I tried to buy a bike, but the checkout process was a mess. My payment seemed to get stuck, then the page refreshed and made me start all over again. There wasn’t even a clear error message, which made it even more frustrating. After a few attempts, I just gave up. For a site selling bikes that aren’t exactly cheap, I expected a much smoother experience.

"Battery range was a letdown"
I bought an e-bike from canyonbikes.com, and while the bike itself rides fine, the battery range has been disappointing. I’m not hammering it in turbo mode or doing anything extreme, but it still seems to drain a lot faster than I expected on regular rides.
I get that hills, rider weight, weather, and all that can affect range, but for the price, I expected better. Support was polite, but I was also hoping for a faster response and a more helpful solution instead of just general explanations

"Box showed up in ridiculous shape"
The bike itself was thankfully okay, but the box was beat up when it arrived. It was ripped open in spots, and some of the parts were just loose inside, which felt kind of ridiculous. Not the best experience

"Refund took way longer than expected"
I sent the bike back thinking the refund would be straightforward, but it ended up being a real hassle. The steps weren’t very clear, and I had to wait around for replies much longer than I expected. I thought the response time would be faster, especially since they gave me a timeframe and I’m still waiting past that. Frustrating experience overall.

"Looks nice, but not really worth it for me"
The bike does look good, I’ll give it that, but for the price I paid I was expecting a bit mooore. A few little issues showed up right out of the box, and getting support to help was slooow. It rides okay, but the parts and service just didn’t feel like they matched the cost. Overall, the value isn’t really there for me.

I was already in a frustrated mood when I reached out, and unfortunately the response I got was basically that they couldn’t help. Not much else to say beyond that, it just wasn’t the support I was hoping for at the time.

I tried buying a bike from canyonbikes.com a while back, maybe sometime in March or April, I can’t remember exactly. The frustrating part was that every size or color I actually wanted kept showing as out of stock. A couple of times it looked like something was available at first, but after clicking through it would suddenly say “coming soon” or just not be there anymore.

I kept checking back for a few weeks, maybe longer, and nothing really changed. There wasn’t a clear restock date or any useful update, so it just felt like I was waiting for no reason. If you’re ready to buy a bike right now, it’s annoying and kind of feels like a waste of time.
